Founder of the Trademark Lawyer Law Firm, PLLC, Mr. Lee has successfully registered over 2,500 Trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Internationally.
Mr. Lee is a graduate of the Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has an undergraduate degree from UCLA.
In his spare time, Mr. Lee enjoys spending time with his family and training for Tough Mudder® events in Ohio and Michigan.
Ms. Bray handles new client consultation, new Trademark and Copyright filings, Office Action Responses, Trademark Ex Parte Appeals, Copyright enforcement, Trademark Enforcement, Opposition and Cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Ms. Bray has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carroll College in Helena, Montana, and a Juris Doctorate from the Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Prior to working full time for Trademark Lawyer Law Firm, Ms. Bray spent 6 years as in house counsel for Rainglow Services, Inc. and 5 years with American Red Cross of Montana.
In her spare time, Ms. Bray enjoys gardening, hiking, camping, ice skating, Mario Kart, singing with the Symphony Chorale, volunteering with the American Red Cross
Ms. Bray has a German language working proficiency and received a Certificate of Mittlestufe II from Collegium Palatinum, Heidelberg, Germany.
Ms. Dent represents clients in intellectual property matters, including trademark registration; prosecution and defense of trademark rights before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; negotiating, drafting and execution of various contractual agreements, including license agreements, coexistence of rights, and transfer of rights.
Ms. Dent is a graduate of the Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Prior to joining the Trademark Lawyer team, Ms. Dent worked as legal counsel for public school districts and community colleges primarily in Southeast Michigan.
In the course of her legal practice, Ms. Dent has developed broad experience in many areas of law, including civil litigation, contractual development, dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration, and administrative law before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and other government agencies.
In addition to working with and counseling clients, Ms. Dent balances her free time between drama performances and soccer games, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Ms. LeMay handles new Trademark applications, Trademark renewals and responding to all client needs.
She is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and also a graduate of Oakland Community College where she earned her Paralegal degree.
While not at work Maura enjoys mountain biking with her family and yoga.
